Encantame Towers has several on-site restaurants to meet all your dining needs. There are three restaurants at Encantame Towers open to owners, guests, and the general public while the Aqua Bar and Level 24 dining options are exclusively for Encantame guests and owners.
From Starbucks coffee and pastries to casual lunch and fine dining, the restaurants at Encantame Towers invite you to enjoy your meals while sharing breathtaking views. Moreover, the Aqua Bar provides a poolside menu for your convenience. Owners and Encantame guests 21+ can delight in seafood and a sushi bar located at the sky pool atop Verano. ¡Buen provecho!
Santo Coyote Ocean Cantina
The onsite Santo Coyote Ocean Cantina presents a fine-dining yet casual experience at Encantame Towers. The renowned creative aromas and flavors of their flagship restaurant in Guadalajara enhance every dish. Exquisite table-side preparation of fresh salsa, guacamole, and final touches on delicious cuts will thrill all your senses! Room service also available for in-house guests. With over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry, this Santo Coyote is the restaurateurs’ third in Mexico. This expands Santo Coyote’s reach from their home base in the central Mexican state of Jalisco and their rich flavors continue to impress guests across the nation. Currently, another location is in the works in Puerto Vallarta.
The Santo Coyote Ocean Cantina is located seaside between the Velero and Verano buildings at Encantame Towers. You’ll quickly recognize their
iconic tree, adorned with hanging baskets, greeting you as you approach. There are multiple tables inside and out to accommodate parties of all sizes. The ambiance of the restaurant is upscale while the dress code can still be casual. If you’re looking for the perfect spot for date-night, an anniversary, or just a great meal with family or friends, this is the place! Highly attentive, professional, and friendly service. Open to the public.
Wingman Ocean Bar
Located in front of the Viento Tower, Wingman Ocean Bar serves delicious food and signature mixology. Casual seating throughout the restaurant and at the bar offer a casual resort vibe for diners of all ages. Conveniently just steps from the entrance to Playa Encanto beach, this is a perfect lunch destination after spending time under the palapas in front of Encantame Towers. Similarly, it is a superb dinner destination to gather with friends and family. Open to the public (Closed Wednesdays). Be sure to ask about live music nights and house specialty cocktails.
Blue Palm Café
The Blue Palm Café on the main floor of the east clubhouse serves Starbucks coffee and lighter fare, including pastries and sandwiches. Hours: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm Room service available. This is the most convenient place to grab your early morning or afternoon pick-me-up while at Encántame Towers. The modern boho-style cafe is both inviting and cozy, with a team that provides service with a smile! There is ample seating inside as well as an inviting outdoor area on the patio. The bright setting has a dozen round tables with woven jute chairs, so chances are you can get a great spot while you sip on your coffee and enjoy a light breakfast.
Aqua Bar
Situated front and center within the expansive heated/chilled main pool of Encántame Towers, the Aqua Bar is an inviting magnet. The Aqua Bar is inconspicuously tucked under the spacious sundeck facing the central Velero tower. Underwater benches line each side of the thirst- quenching centerpiece, providing for ease and comfort when moving from one side to the other as you chase the sun…or shade if you prefer.
Restaurant service from the Santo Coyote Ocean Cantina just steps away from the Aqua Bar is available, providing a wealth of appetizers and snacks as well as hearty dishes of pasta, burgers, as well as vegan options.
