There are several on-site restaurants at Encantame Towers to delight the palate during a beachside getaway to Rocky Point. With three restaurants open to owners, guests, and the general public, the Aqua Bar and Level 24 dining options are exclusively for guests and owners at Encantame Towers. In addition, there are additional coffee and convenience offerings coming soon to Encantame Soleil.
Santo Coyote Ocean Cantina
The onsite Santo Coyote Ocean Cantina presents a fine-dining yet casual experience at Encantame Resorts. The renowned creative aromas and flavors of their flagship restaurant in Guadalajara enhance every dish. Exquisite table-side preparation of fresh salsa, guacamole, and final touches on delicious cuts will awaken all your senses! Room service also available for in-house guests (at Encantame Towers). The Santo Coyote Ocean Cantina is located seaside between the Velero and Verano buildings at Encantame Towers. You’ll quickly recognize their iconic tree, adorned with hanging baskets, greeting you as you approach. There are multiple tables inside and out to accommodate parties of all sizes. The ambiance of the restaurant is casually formal, while the dress code embraces its seaside elegance. If you’re looking for the perfect spot for date-night, an anniversary, or just a great meal with family or friends, this is the place! Highly attentive, professional, and friendly service. Wingman Ocean Bar
Located in front of the Viento Tower at Encantame Towers, Wingman Ocean Bar serves delicious food and signature mixology. Casual seating throughout the restaurant and at the bar offer a relaxed resort vibe for diners of all ages. Conveniently just steps from the entrance to Playa Encanto beach, this is a perfect lunch destination after spending time under the palapas in front of Encantame Towers. Similarly, it is a superb dinner destination to gather with friends and family. Open to the public (Closed Wednesdays). Be sure to ask about live music nights and house specialty cocktails.
Blue Palm Café
The Blue Palm Café on the main floor of the east clubhouse at Encantame Towers serves Starbucks coffee and lighter fare, including pastries and sandwiches. Hours: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm Room service available. This is the most convenient place to grab your early morning or afternoon pick-me-up while at Encántame Resorts. The modern boho-style cafe is both inviting and cozy, with a team that provides service with a smile! There is ample seating inside as well as an inviting outdoor area on the patio. The bright setting has a dozen round tables with woven jute chairs, so chances are you can get a great spot while you sip on your coffee and enjoy a light breakfast.
Aqua Bar @ Encantame Towers
Situated front and center within the expansive heated/chilled main pool of Encantame Towers, the Aqua Bar is an inviting magnet. The Aqua Bar is inconspicuously tucked under the spacious sundeck facing the central Velero tower. Underwater benches line each side of the thirst- quenching centerpiece, providing for ease and comfort when moving from one side to the other as you chase the sun…or shade if you prefer.
Restaurant service from the Santo Coyote Ocean Cantina just steps away from the Aqua Bar is available, providing a wealth of appetizers and snacks as well as hearty dishes of pasta, burgers, as well as vegan options. Sascha Aqua Bar @ Encantame Soleil
Sascha, the largest aqua bar in Rocky Point, is located in front of the Rendezvous building at Encantame Soleil. Enticing seating areas overlooking the Sea of Cortez, complemented by festive beverages. The aqua bar at Encantame Soleil is currently open Friday – Sunday from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. (as of Fall 2025).
